Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TGN Media LLC ("TGN Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where they apply to you.

Who We Are (Data Controller)

The data controller responsible for your personal information is TGN Media LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States of America. You can reach us regarding privacy matters at info@tgn-media.com.

Information We Collect

We collect: (1) Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and message content when you complete a contact form or email us; (2) Technical and usage information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs; and (3) Information collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; communicate with you about our services; operate, maintain, and improve our website; analyze website traffic and usage trends; ensure the security and integrity of our website; and comply with legal obligations.

Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for non-essential cookies and certain analytics); our legitimate interests (to operate and improve our website, respond to inquiries, and keep our services secure); the performance of, or steps toward, a contract (when you engage our services); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Booking a Call and Contacting Us

This website does not host a contact form. You can reach us by email, or book a strategy call through our scheduling link, which is operated by Google (Google Calendar appointment scheduling). When you book, the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and any information you add to the booking, are processed by Google on our behalf and shared with us so we can prepare for and attend the call. We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Google's handling of your data is additionally governed by its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only essential cookies. Our website may set a cookie to remember your language preference (English or German) so the site loads in the language you chose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Third-party content embedded on this site (the explainer video and the booking calendar, both provided by Google) may set its own cookies when you interact with it; see the sections below. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Analytics

We do not currently use third-party website analytics or tracking tools on this website. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not track you across other websites. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

Course Platform and Member Account (kurs.tgn-media.com)

When you sign up for our free video course we create a member account for you. We process your name, email address, phone number where provided, the origin of the sign-up (for example the quiz or the course page, including the campaign parameters of the URL you arrived on) and your course progress (last playback position and completed lessons per video). Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a login link and set a technically necessary, signed cookie (kurs_session, 30 days). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR β€” providing the access you requested. Our processors are Neon Inc. (database hosting, EU region), Cloudflare, Inc. (storage and delivery of the course videos and PDFs via Cloudflare R2, EU jurisdiction), Vercel Inc. (application hosting) and Google LLC (delivery of the access emails). We delete your account and all associated data on request to info@tgn-media.com.

Embedded Content (Google Drive Video)

Some pages on our website include video content embedded from Google Drive. When you view a page containing embedded video, Google may collect information about your device and interaction and may set cookies, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not control the data practices of Google. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for more information.

Applications Submitted via /content-launch

The /content-launch page lets you apply to work with us through a multi-step form. Data processed: first name, last name, email address, phone number (including country code), website or social media profile, your answers on monthly revenue, monthly marketing spend, average customer lifetime value and desired start date, and your free-text answer on why now is the right time. We additionally record the campaign parameters of the address you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid), the referring page and the time of submission. We calculate an internal score from your answers to help us prioritise applications. This does not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR β€” a human always decides whether we work together. Purpose: to assess whether working together is a fit, and to contact you about your application. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). For contact by telephone we additionally rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give explicitly in the form and may withdraw at any time with future effect. Recipients: your details are stored in our Neon database (see the course platform section), delivered to our team by email, and forwarded to our customer relationship / automation system [[REPLACE β€” insert the name and location of the CRM/automation provider in use]]. They are not shared with any other third parties. Retention: if we do not end up working together, we delete your application no later than 24 months after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply. Providing this information is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot assess your application.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

We advertise our services on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure how those ads perform we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. We do not embed the Meta Pixel ourselves. It loads only if you have consented via our consent banner. The Conversions API adds a server-side transmission: when an event occurs (such as submitting an application), we send that event to Meta directly from our server as well. The following is transmitted: the name and time of the event, the address visited, an event ID used to avoid double counting, details about your enquiry (such as the internal score described above), and β€” for matching purposes β€” your email address, phone number and first name, exclusively in irreversibly hashed form (SHA-256), so that Meta can match them against data it already holds but cannot read them in plain text. Your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent) and, where present, the _fbp and _fbc cookies set by Meta are also transmitted. Purpose: measuring, evaluating and optimising our advertising. Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. You give it via our consent banner and can withdraw it there at any time with future effect. Without your consent, neither the pixel nor any transmission to Meta takes place. Meta also processes data in the United States. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses. For details see Meta's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our website and business (such as hosting, form, and analytics providers), with professional advisors, and with authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. Our key service providers are Google LLC (video hosting for the embedded explainer and Google Calendar appointment scheduling for bookings) and our website hosting and infrastructure providers. We require service providers to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

International Data Transfers

TGN Media LLC is located in the United States, and our service providers may also process data in the United States or other countries. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data transfer restrictions, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can request further information about these safeguards by contacting us at the address below.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request erasure of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@tgn-media.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
